  On September 22, 2014 I lost my mother which of course was hard breaking. While trying to get all of her affairs taking care of it was brought to our attention that one of her life insurance policies had lapsed due to non-payment. Knowing the person that my mother was this seemed very unlike her to not pay on her policy. After digging into the matter ourselves, we saw were payments HAD been made and after several conversation with the insurance company giving us the run around.
